Shack Harris & Doug Williams Foundation
The Shack Harris & Doug Williams Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, tax-exempt organization founded by Grambling State University Tigers and NFL quarterback pioneers Pro Bowl MVP James "Shack" Harris and Super Bowl MVP Doug Williams.Since its inception in 2005, the Foundation has awarded more than $300,000 in support of economically and physically challenged youth for after-school initiatives, leadership development, mentoring programs and minority higher education assistance.
Doug Williams was the first black quarterback to start in a Super Bowl, setting several Super Bowl passing records and being named the game's Most Valuable Player. Doug is currently the Head Football Coach at Grambling State University.
James "Shack" Harris was the first black quarterback to lead a team to playoffs. He was the first to be a Pro Bowl quarterback and Pro Bowl MVP. In May 2003, Sports Illustrated named him the 36th most influential minority person in sports. Shack presently is Senior Personnel Executive for the Detroit Lions.

Automotive Group Foundation
Founded in 2004 by Mr. and Mrs. Thomas A. Moorehead, the Sterling Automotive Group Foundation has provided more than $200,000 in charitable assistance to working families and non-profit organizations in northern Virginia and greater Washington, D.C.
Thomas A. Moorehead, Owner and Operator of BMW of Sterling and MINI of Sterling, Virginia, was recognized by Black Enterprise magazine as its 2007 Automobile Dealer of the Year. Under Mr. Moorehead’s guidance, Sterling Automotive Group has become one of BMW of USA’s top performing franchises in unit sales and customer satisfaction nationwide. In addition to his Foundation, Mr. Moorehead’s community involvement has included Board memberships with Easter Seal, The American Cancer Society and The Rotary Club, among others. For the past 10 years he has served on the Board of the National Association of Minority Automobile Dealers (NAMAD), which works to improve opportunities for all minority automobile dealers in the industry. Mr. Moorehead is a graduate of Grambling State University, with a B.S. degree in Business Administration, and earned a Master’s degree from the University of Michigan. In November 2006, he was among 11 alumni enshrined in the Grambling State University Hall of Fame.
